We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft servers and networking technologies.
You will also manage Sophos firewalls and TP-Link networking equipment, ensuring our IT systems are secure and efficient.
Install, configure computer hardware (IP phones, mobile devices, workstations, peripherals etc.
Provide day to day hands on technical support on the Corporate and Customer managed IT infrastructure and projects.
Work as part of the IT team delivering a quality 24/7 service to internal users (both at HQ and remote users) as well as nominated customer gateways, servers and laptops.
