The ideal candidate will come from a technical support background, have at least 5 years' experience in Compaction / Heavy plant and will be based within a commutable distance of Aylesford.

You will work on a broad range of civil engineering and structural assets, from landside assets such as bridges and roadways, to marine assets such as piers, quays and breakwaters.
You will be part of a team responsible for acting as internal consultants to the rest of the Engineering department and the wider business, reviewing designs and specifications to ensure they are aligned to statutory and best practice approaches.
You will oversee a programme of condition inspections, reporting on inspection findings, and applying your critical judgement to plan an efficient programme of maintenance and repairs that push forward the sustainability agenda.
