As an IT Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.
Our Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness.
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.
An opportunity has arisen within MBDA's Customer Support & Services (CSS) organisation for a Through Life Engineer to take charge of work packages associated with influencing product design for support and for developing cost-effective support solutions for our global customers.
Typically this role will require 1-2 days on site per week, with temporary deviations from this to be agreed with your Line Manager.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working.
