Key responsibilities
Manages the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in the implementation of Building Systems and Technology upgrades, retrofits and new installation projects.
Purpose of the job

Do you come from a construction background with previous people management and contract management experience?
The role will be to work within a team responsible for a budget of circa £8 - £10M with a 7% margin and a plan in place to grow the business unit capable of £20m revenues and improved margin within three years.
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of customer projects and is ultimately responsible for the success of the project.
The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
