We're partnered with a leading maintenance provider and they're looking to add a Nightshift Engineer to their team in Canary Wharf.
Main duties
As a Night Shift Engineer, Execute routine servicing, repair, and adjustment of machinery or equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans designated by the Engineering Supervisor/ BSM's.
To identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks as necessary.
The Engineering Supervisor will be required to control and supervise the building control systems, maintenance programmes and maintenance staff for the designated buildings.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Engineering Supervisor will be required to supervise the activities of the building planned maintenance team and to ensure that the planned preventative maintenance tasks are carried out to the required quality standards.
To assist the Building Services Managers in the preparation of, and implementation of, the planned maintenance schedules for the required maintenance of all plant and equipment and to monitor accordingly.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Senior Onsite AV Engineer to be a key part of our London team, representing proAV and working onsite at a leading Global Asset Management Company, taking full responsibility for 2nd line break fix responsibilities within the London Headquarters.
