The opportunity: MBDA requires an experience Facilities Manager (FM) to be responsible for the delivery of the overall Facilities Management operation at the Stevenage Campus and satellite sites, while handling the expectations of internal customers and key collaborators, in addition to the standard daily FM operations management. The FM will be encouraged to deliver projects, handle capital and revenue budgets, drive innovation and handle the delivery of key suppliers across the site. What we're looking for from you: We are looking for a motivated, hands on individual with a strong background in Facilities management. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with great organisational skills required to oversee our IFM provider and deliver sophisticated or multiple projects effectively, whilst acting as the figure head of the FM organisation. Be able coordinate and handle crucial Hard and Soft FM services such as day to day issues, planned and reactive maintenance, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling. The successful candidate must be dedicated and committed to making a positive impact with an eye for detail and the ability to drive the highest front of house and cleaning standards via our service providers. A sound understanding of Statutory Compliance requirements is essential, including the requirements of CDM when delivering projects. A demonstrable history of robust contractor management in order to ensure adherence to MBDA FM KPIs and SLAs and the ability to drive contractor performance.
