Director of Enterprise Platforms & Integration - Contract - 6 Months Rate: Up to £950 per day IR35: Inside Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote The role: A Leading Central Government Institution are seeking a Director of Enterprise Platforms & Integration, to play a pivotal role in ensuring that group programmes are shaped, incepted and delivered to ensure they integrate with the future state IT reference architecture and design to operate principles. This is an initial 6-month contract, Inside IR35 and offering remote working. Experience requirements & Responsibilities: Proven experience in senior leadership roles within IT programme delivery, preferably in complex and fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrable ability to drive change and innovation, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation. Act as a point of confluence for IT delivery across the change portfolios you will influence and oversight the strategic execution of IT related delivery in major projects and programmes. Leadership and Oversight: Lead and oversee the group IT Digital delivery management community, providing guidance and direction to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Direct leadership of User Researchers, UCD consultants, Agile BAs and Service Designers. Prioritisation and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise IT requirements on major programmes, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to deliver impactful results. Structural Design and Optimisation: Shape the structure of IT delivery teams across major programmes, optimising team composition and capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Take a lead role in the governance of Group programmes representing IT at strategic boards. Governance and Standards: In conjunction with Enterprise Architecture own and iterate IT delivery governance, standards, and practices, ensuring adherence to industry government functional standards, best practices for service design, delivery and integration as well as applicable regulatory requirements. Optimise the spending and procurement across programme to foster better business processes, leveraging investments in integration. Integration by Design: Drive integration by design principles across IT initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity, consumer centred optimisation and interoperability between systems and applications. Champion human centred design, AI and ethical design including UCD. Fit for Service Assessment: Own fit-for-service criteria and readiness assessments for IT on major programmes, ensuring that IT solutions meet quality standards and are ready for deployment. Prospero Teaching are currently seeking experienced Tutors with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to provide 1:1 educational support to students in Swindon. At Prospero Teaching, we work closely with the local authorities, mainstream schools, and SEND Teams in the Swindon area and we specialise in providing qualified and experienced tutors to work with children in looked after care (LAC/CLA), pupils in mainstream schools that require additional educational support and young people who are not currently accessing mainstream education. We are currently looking to expand our team of tutors who provide 1:1 and small group support to students. Successfully appointed tutors will be required to deliver core subject support (English, Maths & Science) and will be delivering anywhere from 2 to 30 hours per week. Sessions will be taking place face-to-face at student's homes, their schools, and potentially local community hubs too. Applicants must therefore be willing to travel for their sessions as well as being available to work online when required. Further knowledge of the student's ability and targets for education will be provided, but you will be expected to gather your own resources and deliver the curriculum you deem fit based on your observations. To be considered as a Tutor, you must hold a QTS, have experience working with a variety of SEND, and have a background in teaching or private tutoring.
