Data Quality Manager £35,000 bonus Hybrid Staffordshire offices A new opportunity has opened up with an Independent Finance specialist that is looking to bring in a Data Quality Manager to enhance & maintain the quality and the consistency of the customer transaction & marketing data. This is an opportunity to provide improvements to the quality assurance process, while establishing data management to a robust standard that align with the business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Data Management- you will hold responsibility for designing and maintaining a data management policy and process that will reduce duplication, enhance data capture accuracy and maintain data security and compliance. Staff engagement & Training - you will be an ambassador for the data standards and practice and work with staff across the business to make sure they understand the importance of quality data and their part in managing it. Quality standards- reviewing data capture across departments to make sure that data practices are being followed and identifying areas for improvement. This will be fed back to quality assurance. Identifying sales opportunities- working with marketing, you will use data to identify opportunities for customer retention and lead generation opportunities for the business. Analysis- analyse data to look for trends and insights that can benefit the business and improve efficiency of process, providing reports into the senior management team. Qualifications and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Data Management, Marketing, etc.). Experience with data analysis, quality assurance , or campaign analysis. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or CRM systems. Strong communication and training skills. Understanding of quality assurance and quality control from a data and product perspective.
