Applicants should be excellent communicators, have good IT skills and ideally have previous experience within an office-based, customer focussed role. This role offers great scope for progression to Customer Service Advisor following successful completion of the probation period. The role has a strong, proactive and real-time problem-solving requirement for ensuring customers orders are delivered on time and in full and that any queries are managed to resolution. Customer Service Administrator £23,000-£25,000 per annum DOE Monday Thursday 08:30-17:00, 8.30am 3.45pm on Friday Permanent Outskirts of Newmarket On behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Newmarket, we are searching for a Customer Service Administrator to join their welcoming and expanding team! This role is ideal for candidates with previous office based experience (but not essential) and for those that enjoy being part of a team, building successful working relationships with customers/clients and providing excellent customer service. Due to the location of this role, a drivers licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately deal with allocated customers, process orders, follow up with enquires, liaise on a regular basis with Account Managers in order to exchange relevant information for the smooth running of the Customer Portfolios Responsible for recording any customer queries, making proposals for solutions and escalating where necessary. Responsible for monitoring and managing orders received via Company website and answer live chat queries where applicable. To create monthly service packs and relevant reports to provide customers with information about their orders and queries. Liaise with warehouse and logistics departments where necessary To meet team objectives and KPIs and follow new processes to continually improve. Process Sample requests for customers/clients where necessary Attend meetings where applicable, representing the Customer Services team. Key Skills: Computer literate Experience in the use of web sites, web applications, e-commerce and ERP systems (SAP) (desirable but not essential).
