Our client, who pride themselves on a personal and proactive customer service experience, who provide services such as business phone systems, mobiles, broadband, payment solutions, and IT services are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their small team in offices based in Fareham.
Ideally you will have previous telesales experience or be tenacious, a good learner and be able to demonstrate this drive at interview.
As a property service co-ordinator, your main responsibilities will be to provide support to the Retail Helpdesk Lead in the management and delivery of contractual obligations and client expectations, logging jobs from retail stores on the CAFM system and seeing jobs through to completion, including writing and submitting quotes to the client, assisting your colleagues in maintaining departmental housekeeping, and to complete any administration required to comply with process and procedures.
