Inform Recruitment is working with a not-for-profit organisation, recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sales process, enabling this department to meet its goals. This is a newly created position to support the Head of Department. As Sales Support Coordinator you'll be responsible for: Working in line with department targets and conversation rate Driving the Net Promotor Score Managing the sales pipeline Ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls and preparing sales presentations Researching potential providers and competitors to support the development of effective sales strategies Responding to enquiries from providers Maintaining the sales database and ensuring information is up-to-date Maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track performance, as well as identifying areas for improvement Collaborating with other departments regarding sales-related activities Providing administrative support to the compliance team So, if you are professional, detail-orientated, organised with excellent communication skills, and have experience in sales/sales support, this role might be for you.
