Our client, a global Management Consultancy, is supporting a banking firm by recruiting multiple Remediation Case Handlers / Complaint Handlers for an immediate 3-month project.
These roles will be fully remote opportunities for a period of 3 months.
You will work a 35-40-hour week, Monday to Friday at a day rate of £122.23 PAYE, accruing holiday pay equivalent to 33 days from day one.
Inbound calls from new and existing customer, answering their general enquiry, providing product information and preventing the need for unnecessary repeat contact.
Accurate order processing.

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers in the country and is currently on the look out for Customer Service Advisor's who are passionate about helping people to join their operations team in the City Centre of Edinburgh ASAP on a full time permanent basis due to growth in this area.
Saturday hours available to include in shift overall if required.
Work shift flexibility can be offered - core hours of 9am to 4pm must be covered for 4 days and earlier finish on a Friday (30 mins).
