We currently have a requirement for an experienced Rent Recovery Officer to join a specialist team based in central London maximising income from customers.
This position is offered on straight perm contract.
Main duties are to to manage rent accounts and other housing related debts, negotiate repayment agreements with tenants and take corrective action where such agreements are not maintained.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Accounts Receivable Services, including debt collection, in line with our service levels and key performance indicators.
The Service is responsible for managing, monitoring and recovering arrears of rent and other housing related charges from current and former tenants.
