Looking for a Project Manager who has experience of implementing HR & Payroll systems. The successful candidate will help implement Civica's HR & Payroll modules for the client. Client Details The client is a not-for-profit entity dedicated to providing essential services to vulnerable individuals in Leeds. With a workforce of over 1,000 employees, they are committed to making a difference in the community by empowering individuals and fostering inclusivity. Description Our client is a charity based in Leeds who are looking for a Project Manager who has experience of implementing HR & Payroll systems. They are currently implementing Civica's HR & Payroll software and are likely to add the Rostering and Time and Attendance modules further down the line. Experience of implementing Civica modules would be advantageous but is not essential. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, the Project Manager will work alongside the Business Leads to bring structure to the implementation and ensure that data cleansing, data transfer and UAT activities are carried out. Profile The successful applicant will likely have: A Prince 2 qualification or similar Previous experience of implementing HR & Payroll systems. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for making a positive impact in the community.
