The Role: As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and managing key initiatives across our most significant retail partnership. You will have an holistic view of change across the partner proposition, encompassing, Risk, Finance, CX and any IT impacting change and be able to communicate this affectively to multiple stakeholder levels. As Partnership Manager, you will be experienced in delivering complex digital projects, resilient to project pressures, and willing to get into the detail to make things happen. Key Responsibilities: Project Management and Project Governance: Engaging with key stakeholders from across the business to embed the partnership, including our legal, risk & compliance teams. Act as the primary point of contact for the 3rd party partner, ensuring they are kept fully engaged and supported through delivery. Support the product/business owner with senior management engagement, including partnership input into business cases, presentations and EXCO material. Leadership Lead teams to provide clear direction to said colleagues to understand their role, responsibilities and accountabilities within the project and their value to achieving business strategic goals. Demonstrate excellent man management skills to engage staff working within various departments and sites towards achieving common goal. Stakeholder Management To identify and assess key stakeholders, taking appropriate actions to set and manage expectation. Manage key stakeholders and adapt approach and stance in dealing with changing circumstances. To build strong working relationship management with clients, as well as projects involving third party partners/party suppliers. Communication Keep abreast of all key communications within the strategic initiatives and company briefings. Quality Manager Birmingham Area Salary circa £45,000 Our established and rapidly growing client based in Birmingham are looking for an enthusiastic and positive Quality Manager to join their senior production team. The successful Quality Manager will ideally come from another Quality Management or Quality Assurance position or be looking to progress from a Senior Quality Engineer to a Quality Management role. They will be responsible for all quality engineering activities for the site (internal and outsourced suppliers) to support production. This is a very "hands on" role, with support and training of the teams to provide enhanced procedures. This is a problem-solving role and is not based in an office all week but out on the shop floor making changes happen! This is the start of a new department, and you will be instrumental in its growth. Quality Manager Key Responsibilities: Create and develop a QA control process. Internal & external reject monitoring. Implement and close out corrective action plans. Create factory wide inspection documentation. Create and develop product development procedures. Report to stakeholders on KPI'S. Train staff how to use equipment. Involved in the procurement of new equipment. Responsible for improving and reducing scrap levels across all departments and components. Quality Manager Key Skills: Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with different levels of staff. Ability to establish and maintain digital documentation systems. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality. Excellent organisational, numeracy and computer literacy skills The ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience of ISO 9001. Experience of 5 years or more within quality functions and working knowledge of verniers and micrometres essential. CMM experience advantageous. Have a good background within the METAL manufacturing industry.
