Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work for this established Distribution Company in Stevenage.
You will be working as part of a large team in an open plan, fast paced office environment, providing administration support to the Account Managers and making sure that the orders taken by the project team arrive in a timely fashion, pass through the operations department as required and are dispatched to the customer as required.
Main Duties will include
Dealing with an existing customer base of business clients.
OA are currently working with a well-established organisation within the HVAC industry and are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their growing business.
Hybrid working after training 3 days in the office
You may have worked on Special Projects or as a Commercial or Technology manager?
You will definitely have experience with looking at part numbers and be able to suggest alternative parts or suppliers if not available and you will not be afraid of admin.
Communicating with customers on work carried out and work completed.
Supply accurate and timely estimates for necessary work when requested.
