As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of strategic projects by providing high-quality project management to our Executive Team and other stakeholders. Day-to-day of the role: Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures. Identify key project dependencies and ensure deadlines are met. Keep project documentation up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders. Communicate project progress regularly, setting up and running project meetings, producing tracking documents, and highlighting risks and issues. Work collaboratively with different teams across the business, ensuring successful project outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager. Prince2 / APMP qualifications or similar, or willingness to study. Experience in project budget tracking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent relationship management skills with a range of stakeholders. Dependable attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams. Excellent prioritisation, time management, and workload management skills. Ability to work under pressurised deadlines and across organisational and geographic boundaries. Engineering Project Manager 12-month FTC Gloucester Join this state-of-the-art manufacturing company (based in Gloucester) who is respected and trusted around the world, as an Engineering Project Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract You will use your previously gained experience of managing large scale projects within a pharmaceutical setting, to train and mentor existing staff.
