Ensure that all UKHSA users receive a consistent level of support within agreed service levels across geographical locations and directorates.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Telecoms Engineerto join the IT Department to support over 3,000 users and work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
1 Year fixed term contract which may lead to a permanent position.
An experienced Telecoms Engineer with relevant experience is needed to join our team at IPEX, a leading telecoms provider based in Manchester, on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and assisting in the development of new products.
