Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor Location: Office based - EH18 area Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour Working Hours: 36.25 hours per week (5 days out of 7 - including every second weekend on a rota basis) Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 8 weeks initially - possible extension Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Support team members and store teams as required. Essential Skills/Qualifications: High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong team player who works considerately with others. Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering the right experience for our customers. Calm, focused, and able to work under pressure.
