This is a 3-month contract, initially covering sick leave. However, there is a high chance of this contact being extended further. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all IT related issues within the school premises. Liaise between school departments to effectively fix issues. Troubleshoot IT hardware and software. Support multiple users across the school with Microsoft 365. Provide remote support via the phone as well as on-site support.
