We are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to manage and support a user base of over 150 in a fast-paced environment.

As the IT Operations Director, you will manage daily operational functions, overseeing critical areas including a busy 24/7 Service Desk, Customer Success and Customer Experience teams.
Your role will ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with my client's strategic goals.
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead your team, working closely to enhance service delivery, foster continuous improvement, and support future growth.
You are proficient in using a service desk ITSM system and have previously worked to a 2nd line level, demonstrating your tech-savvy nature.
The ideal candidate for the Service Desk Manager position brings a wealth of experience in support services and stakeholder engagement.
You will have strong presentation skills allowing you to communicate effectively, while your ability to motivate performance and lead high-performance teams showcases your leadership qualities.
