Key Responsibilities of the Professional Qualification Coordinator
Provide advice and guidance to internal and external staff regarding professional qualification, both by email/phone and via a range of media including guidance documents and website content.
Manage the day-to-day administrative activities relating to assessments, booking travel and accommodation for assessors, and sourcing suitable venues.

This well-respected membership body is recruiting a Professional Qualification Coordinator to oversee the processes to qualify as a fully-registered professional within this key industry.
An enhanced DBS will need to be carried out for successful applicants.
Duties
Carry out the design, installation, maintenance, servicing and repair work for the Association's housing stock and external customers in accordance with agreed targets and procedures.
Identification of the work required to resolve the problem, deciding the parts and general materials needed ensuring correct parts are used.
You will be required to work to a high standard and delivery excellent customer service, you will need to plan and manage your workload to ensure that jobs are attended and completed within timescales and are completed right first time, reducing the need for any further follow up visits.
