IT Manager Permanent Horsham area - office based Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications Do you want to be instrumental in the success of a growing business? The IT Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure and systems. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of their technology environment and aligning IT initiatives with the company's strategic objectives. Day to day this will be a varied role where you will be given the chance to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, your responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning Infrastructure Management Systems Administration Security and Compliance Project Identification and Management Develop and manage the IT department budget. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Essential: Bachelor's degree or similar in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in IT management roles, with a strong track record of success in leading teams and implementing technology solutions. Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software/system development, technology implementation projects, hardware/software and cloud-based services. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
