Concept are currently recruiting for experienced IT/EPOS engineers to assist with and IT Upgrade project in the Leicester/ Nottingham/ Northampton areas
The successful Engineers will work on 2-3 week contract starting early June, with potential of more project work
Details of the role
IT Upgrades to pre-staged time clock in retail stores.
You will be the lead for the on-site IT Support function, acting as the first port of call for internal IT-related queries, either to be resolved by you or the 3rd party support provider, setting up new users, overseeing the mobile phone contracts/upgrades and looking after company reports and KPI's.
Hours of work 9.00 am- 5.00 pm, with benefits including company bonus scheme, generous company pension contribution of 8%, 26 days holidays plus BH's and training and development.
They use SAP and experience would be highly desirable, experience or a strong interest in IT is essential.
