To support the delivery of quality repairs to ensure decent and suitable housing working as part of a team carrying out a large range of Multi-skilling works associated, but not limited, to maintenance works to all types of LBI managed properties and social spaces, as scheduled or directed by supervisor.

Mobile relief caretaker to cover various estates across the borough..
Working flexibly, alone or with other caretakers to provide an excellent caretaker service on estates as circumstances require.
Key responsibilitiesTo carry out cleaning and other estate duties in partnership with the needs of residents and in accordance with management direction.

The position is due to start at the beginning of November.
The annual salary being offered for this role is £73,221 - £85,088 per annum, depending on experience.
We are currently working in partnership with an educational institution based in North London, who are recruiting for a Maternity cover, Business Manager.
To act as the principal technical adviser and expert on Building Control matters and to be responsible for technical and legal compliance with the Building Acts and Building Regulations.
Building Control Team Manager is required to cover while the post -holder is acting up to Assistant Director.
