Job Purpose Summary
Leading configuration and change for the IT business and supporting applications used in all Group companies.
This includes applications such as ERP, CRM, internal management systems and other industry specific and line of business applications.
General
Responsible for implementing improvements and other changes to applications which manage and control operational activities of all the companies and divisions within the Group.
As an IT Field Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to a diverse customer base across various bespoke environments.
You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for IT support queries, both remotely and on-site.
