Hybrid role 2-3 days a week remote and the rest in the office

I am currently partnered with a leading Cloud services provider who are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst / IT administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is based out of their Dartford office and they are looking for someone to start ASAP, they will wait for a notice for the right candidate.
We are currently supporting our Client in the recruitment of a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support Technician to provide technical support to end-users who need assistance with their IT Services.
This Client needs a customer-focused team player with 1-3 years' experience of working within a similar IT Support Technician role, experience in Microsoft 365, Voip, Network Management and Desktop and Server management required.
The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and positive towards their work, with fantastic attention to detail, be organised and be able to prioritise issues and requests as they come in.
