Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage and assist in the management of client portfolios, fostering existing customer relationships and supporting building new opportunities whilst reflecting the company's culture and passion. The main purpose of a Customer Service Executive role is: Responsible for maintaining an excellent knowledge of product ranges, our customers, competitors, and any activity that is happening within the industry. Managing and updating company CRM system, support the sales team in administrative duties assist in maximising the sales opportunities for the business. Research and assist opening new account opportunities, monitor and report on account performance in weekly reviews Attending and hosting trade fairs and exhibitions. You will assist the company Sales Representatives with their administration and ensure that the CRM database is up to date and ensure that their activities are recorded. The Accounts Assistant position involves managing both client and office accounts within a legal setting. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payment of invoices. Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant To provide and maintain accurate client and office account records as a legal cashier. Process daily banking, office and client transfers, cheque processing, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. Inputting of transactions and account movements on system and updating ledgers using accounting management software, Leap & Xero. Ensuring payment of all firm invoices Deal wherever possible with fee earner enquiries and communications. Identifying and implementing training needs and requirements Building and maintaining good working relationships with Partners, Fee earners, PA's, and reception Any other activities which assist financial operations within the firm Key Competencies of an Accounts Assistant Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules- This can be learnt on the Job with Training Trustworthy and reliable Ability to priorities own workload and work under pressure without supervision in a busy and deadline driven environment. Positive attitude Excellent communication and people skills Ability to use new IT systems and learn new IT skills as required.
