We currently have a regional support vacancy for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd/3rd line support across several outsourced managed service clients.
This role will involve a combination of working remotely from home and moderate travel to our client sites around the M25 Fringe (West) i.e Reading/High Wycombe/Basingstoke, and further, depending on requirements.
As a Regional Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite break/fix support and mid level installs for our customers, as well as providing on site cover at our client sites i.e schools and law firms.
Our client is a well established MSP based in Cheltenham who are looking for a 3rd Line IT Engineer to join their team.
As a 3rd Line IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, managing complex incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days on site with the opportunity to progress into technical consultancy and architechture.
Manage personal and team workload and setting priorities for support issues.
