This role is to ensure calls are handled from drivers and other staff operating plant in the situation of a breakdown or an instance that has arisen that could result in a breakdown.
All incidents require dealing with and prioritising then allocating a mobile technician to respond and fix the problem.

Our client specialises in installation and maintenance of security equipment and work nationally with their clients, they now, due to growth require another scheduler to join their team.
The role will require booking planned works several weeks/2 months in advance and ad hoc maintenance, repair and installation visits, the scheduler is also responsible for route planning, booking hotel accommodation.
