For this role, we do need someone with recent IT Support experience.
You will be responsible for proving 1st and 2nd line IT Support to internal users, monitoring the ticketing system, imaging laptops, desktop support as well as getting involved in infrastructure upgrade projects.
This IT Administrator role is best suited to an individual in their early IT career who is self-motivated and enthusiastic, can bring a genuine passion for IT, and possesses a strong desire to learn and develop their skills.
