Customer Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk Technician
Join our client's Helpdesk team as a Customer Support Technician and play a pivotal role in maintaining their commitment to exceptional customer service.
In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to manage faults and resolve remote cases efficiently.
Provide day to day hands on technical support on the Corporate and Customer managed IT infrastructure and projects.
Install, configure computer hardware (IP phones, mobile devices, workstations, peripherals etc.
Work as part of the IT team delivering a quality 24/7 service to internal users (both at HQ and remote users) as well as nominated customer gateways, servers and laptops.
Assisting the warehouse team in preparing the equipment before dispatch.
General
This varied role involves the delivery and installation of equipment to private homes and commercial venues around the UK.
The successful person must have a full driving license and be happy to spend at least 2 nights away from home per month (hotel, food and drinks paid for).
