The role is a new role supporting and working closely with the Business Systems Manager to deliver and manage the helpdesk ticketing system as well as offering technical and human application support.
The role will see you develop your skills within Application processes and work with the wider team to ensure and exceptional end user experience for on-site and external users.
Working as part of a cluster within the wider Technical Services Team, this role provides 1st and some 2nd line IT support to a group of academies within a Trust.
