Sales Administrator Gift & Greetings South Manchester - office based My client, a supplier of an exciting range of greeting cards and gifts now has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Reporting into The Head Of Sales you will offer administration support across all retailer accounts. Duties include: Support on National / Multiple and export accounts New Line Forms Processing orders, reserve stock Sending samples to customers Creating mockups for selection Sending EPOS date to customers Make sure stock is booked in before allocating stock. Communicate with the Distribution Centre. Create & process pro forma invoices to customers. Warehouse queries - removing OOS, collections, customer contact etc Checking through orders on sage against order log weekly to make sure warehouse are invoicing orders. Offering support to Agents Assisting with trade shows. The successful candidate will be experienced in a Sales Administrator (or similar role), you will have excellent customer service, IT and time management skills.
