The Account Director is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them along with displaying a hunter-gatherer mentality and actively winning new work.
Base salary upto £50k uncapped OTE, highly competitive commission scheme.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with existing and prospective clients to cultivate new leads, capitalise on opportunities, and achieve sales revenue targets.
Directly engage with Social Landlords, offering consultative support to have their products specified as trusted solutions through performance design and consultancy, thereby mitigating landlord risks regarding product, building, and legislation for building and fire safety.
