Your Role: Develop and expand our account base by effectively selling our products, digital platforms, demonstrations, and services. Utilize negotiation skills to enhance brand loyalty among our accounts. Take ownership of achieving KPIs within your assigned territory, tracking, analyzing, and reporting your progress. Actively participate in team meetings, sales conferences, and events. Conduct a minimum of 10 sales calls per day, aiming for 200 calls per month. Drive expansion of the account base within your territory, with a balanced focus on new business development and account management. Role: Sales Administrator Location: Whetstone, Leicester (fully office based) Duration: 9-month fixed term contract Start date: ASAP Pay rate: £26k £28k per annum About the role The Sales Administrator plays a key role in providing exceptional administrative support to the sales team with day-to-day tasks. You will be a team player, able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure. You will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Working with the Account Management team, you will support the mutual interests, balancing multiple administrative tasks within a fast-paced, busy environment. Responsibilities Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them, passionately sharing our vision and offering. Provide accurate cost calculations for ongoing projects and new client opportunities. Set up new orders to share with supply partners on a CRM system. Stock reports, forecasting, scheduling, Sage (system) housekeeping. Arrange courier samples to clients / supply partners. Have a good understanding/knowledge of working on excel. Represent the business in a professional manner at all times, ensuring seamless service for each client. Work with the Account Management team to deliver the customer's needs whilst identifying potential issues and or opportunities. Completing administrative tasks and providing reporting requirements to Senior Management Continually strive to ensure our relationship with customers further improves above that of our competitors. Other Ad Hoc administrative tasks within the business, as needed. What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful? Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
