Our dynamic and ever-growing business client seeks a passionate and logical IT Support Engineer with solid cloud experience.
In this role, you will act as an escalation point for the Service Desk on infrastructure-related incidents and perform day-to-day administration of all infrastructure-related systems.
These positions will be four days onsite and one remote.
The IT Support Engineer is a diverse role incorporating second and third line responsibilities as well as some DevOps work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving helpdesk tickets and helping to develop and maintain IT systems by identifying potential improvements and implementing IT infrastructure, solutions, policies and procedures.
