General
The position holder will primarily be providing 2nd line support, with the requirement for ad-hoc 1st line support when needed by the team.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st/2nd line service desk support to our customers assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email and in person within the organisation's EPoS environment.
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all software and hardware (including but not limited to PC, terminals and printers) to ensure optimal performance.
The Analyst will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate manner, and provide assistance where required.

To perform desk side support to clients as requested.
To repair diagnose and replace PC's, Laptops, Printers, Servers and retail equipment and associated peripherals.
Complete part movements (RMA generation & physical movement) in a timely and accurate manner, returning items as directed by the Branch within company guidelines.

The job holder will play a critical role in delivering tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs, whilst leveraging Microsoft 365 and associated technologies to enhance business operations.
This role will involve occasional travel to client sites as well as planned out of hours work when required.
This role also includes handling 3rd line escalations from the helpdesk and contributing to solution design for both our pre-sale and continual improvement processes.
Concept are currently recruiting for experienced IT/EPOS engineers to assist with a printer migration project
We require up to 75 engineers across the UK in all major conurbations
The successful engineers will work on contract starting from 14th October (depending on specific schedules) to the end of December with revisits planned until the end of January 2025
