This highly commercial Housing Association based in Nottingham is looking to recruit a Carbon Performance and Sustainability Manager. This role will play a pivotal role in the development of the organisations Decarbonisation Strategy providing a proactive energy data management function and ensuring the energy efficiency modelling system is integrated, streamlined, and fit for purpose. Reporting to the Head of Decarbonisation, key deliverables include: Support the development and implementation of the Decarbonisation Strategy through proactive energy data management. Oversee the energy efficiency modelling system, ensuring it is effective and produces high-quality data to support strategic priorities. Maintain lead accountability for the accuracy of information in the energy efficiency system, establishing robust monitoring and data management processes. Build a robust understanding of housing stock performance to inform investment modelling and strategic decarbonisation decisions. Foster a performance-oriented culture, setting and monitoring targets, and implementing actions based on performance reviews. Produce strategic performance reports on energy efficiency and decarbonisation, making strategic recommendations for stock utilisation. Prepare bids for funding sources such as Social Housing Decarbonisation and ECO funding. Lead on monitoring and data analysis during decarbonisation programme delivery, ensuring accurate data updates on databases. Evaluate the impact of decarbonisation works on tenant satisfaction and community well-being, communicating findings effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications for the Carbon Performance and Sustainability Manager are: Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Sound knowledge of asset systems, asset data management, and integrity. Knowledge of EPC, SAP, and energy efficiency modelling systems.
