My client is looking for a fixed term service centre analyst /IT support engineer to provide 1st/2nd line phone support and hardware support for a busy service centre.
As a member of the Digital Services and IT Team, reporting to the Head of Digital Services/IT, you'll assist with routine development, IT administration, and support tasks.

Hours per week: 5 days over 7, rotational shifts 07-00-19.00 rota basis- 37.5 hours per week
