My client is seeking an IT Support engineer with 1st & 2nd Line experience to join their team on a permanent basis.
To provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd line IT support services, covering the installation, configuration and support of IT systems.
To undertake the investigation and resolution of problems in a timely manner, maintaining a high degree of customer service and ensuring that good IT service management disciplines and documentation processes are maintained.
