With a base salary of £32,000 and an OTE of £35,000, this full-time, permanent role is tailored for an individual with a zest for technical challenges and a love for coffee.
Imagine a workday infused with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee as you traverse the Glasgow area, ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse array of coffee equipment.
This position is responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers.
The postholder will act as a mobile field service engineer on assigned open tickets to resolve customer affecting technical issues and preventative maintenance in a timely fashion, to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
This role provides break-fix support 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with occasional requirements for pre-agreed work to be carried out outside of these hours.
