Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users via phone, email, and in person. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications. Create and maintain technical documentation Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and implement solutions. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365. Networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc. Active Directory administration. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
