Exciting opportunity for an IT support Analyst / Service Administrator to work onsite in Yeadon / Leeds Bradford for our leading client.
The post holder will monitor and maintain the computer systems of the organisation, install and configure software/hardware, diagnose and resolve software/hardware faults and manage company accounts with specific suppliers.
This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining a resilient IT infrastructure, delivering quality technical support, and ensuring the seamless alignment of IT services with organizational goals.
We are looking for someone with proven IT support experience, excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of network technologies to provide both office and field-based IT support to our customers.
We offer a wide range of IT support services tailored to our customer needs including general maintenance, broadband, network management etc.
Support typically includes managing Windows servers, networks, AD and supporting Microsoft 365 services.
