Our client is a leading MSP based in Central London, specializing in providing comprehensive IT support services to businesses across various industries.

Based in London my client is recruiting for an 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst for an initial 6 months Fixed Term contract with possible permanent role (You will be on my clients payroll paying £32k-£34k pro-rata -please do not send in your CV if you are looking for a daily or hourly rate, this role would suit someone who is available now or at short notice).
Working as part of the IT team, you will be expected to resolve 1st and 2nd line support calls and to assist with resolving higher level calls.
You will also be the onsite presence for desk side support to users based in London office.
