The IT Support Analyst will report to the helpdesk team lead and will be a primary contact for 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line IT support services to residents, members and the trust staff.
This role will be hybrid working, 2-3 days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate will have over 1 years' experience within an IT support related role and have experience with Windows systems, having carried out support of both desktop and server systems.
As an IT Support Analyst you will work as part of an international team but will have sole responsibility for the technical support across your 3 locations in Hardware and Software Applications.
