Salary - £30,000. Hours of work - 8-4, or 9-5, Monday to Friday. Benefits include - 28 days plus bank holidays, 9% pension and hybrid working OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE Resolve day-to-day IT user queries/issues relating to networks, hardware and software using a ticketing system Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports using SQL and Excel Develop and manage data management and analysis services, and support Setting up new users Supporting implementation strategies through project work Identifying areas of improvement with systems and technology Onboarding new members of staff ABOUT YOU Personality is key with this role, you MUST enjoy talking to people and work well in a team setting Tech Support and Customer Service experience is essential Have a genuine passion for IT and Tech Ambitious to develop a career in tech support Driving licence and own transport is highly desirable Be flexible to work extra hours if required (very occasionally)
