My client based in Dartford are seeking an organised and methodical Project Coordinator to join them on a full time and permanent basis, with the potential of up to 2 days a week remote working once settled in.

Based in Dartford, the successful candidate will take on a dynamic role, managing refurbishment projects and fire door remedials within the Facility Management (FM) Project Department.
In this role you will manage a range of utility infrastructure projects, both large and complex in nature, and of a smaller scope and complexity.
The projects will be delivered in the live operational company's environment and will require a collaborative approach to be adopted between the project manager, framework consultants/contractors, construction contractors, operational teams and multiple stakeholders.

To work in close partnership with colleagues across the organisation to manage technical project delivery The project manager is required to deliver a variety of IT projects making improvements across the technical estate The project manager needs to be able to manage multiple project deliverables and communicate the status of IT projects in a clear and timely way.
