Henley-on-Thames Full time, Monday-Friday £25k p/a Permanent One of our top clients, based in beautiful Henley-on-Thames, are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their increasingly busy team. The Role: Provide project and administrative support for all projects. Obtaining quotations, understanding lead times and prices on products and suppliers, advising clients accordingly and obtaining their approval to proceed Raising orders in the internal PO system, requesting client POs and placing orders with suppliers Tracking delivery of orders, maintaining communication with the relevant parties (colleagues, clients, contractors). Preparation of site set up folders and organisation of all equipment at the beginning of a project, in line with all requirements Assist with the collation of O&M Manuals and ensuring the information is collated in time for Practical Completion Document control - ensuring all folders are up to date with the relevant information and archiving where necessary H&S administration Approval of invoicing and working with Contract Managers to ensure cost sheets are maintained. You will need: Previous Coordination/Administration experience Excellent communication skills Strong IT skills, comfortable with all Microsoft Office packages and researching online Experience within logistics would be beneficial Some financial and budgeting experience or understanding Sage, database, Sharepoint and Office package software ideal If this role sounds of interest to you, we would love to hear from you!
