Position: Temporary Service Desk Administrator Duration: Ongoing temporary basis Location: Crawley Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday) We're currently seeking a Temporary Service Desk Administrator to join our client on an ongoing basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our service operations, handling email inquiries, taking inbound calls, and ensuring seamless coordination of engineering appointments. Responsibilities: Monitor the email inbox for customer inquiries and respond promptly and professionally. Handle inbound calls from customers, providing assistance and resolving issues effectively. Log service requests and job details accurately into the system. Coordinate with the engineering team to book and reschedule appointments as needed. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the service desk. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
